Detailed Itinerary

At 6.30 pm you will be met by your Serene Manager with the motorbike drivers at your condo and then hit the road. A short ride brings you to the first stop, a hidden restaurant Bánh Đúc Nóng Cô Nội at Le Ngoc Han Street where they serve delicious hot rice cakes.

Quán Bánh Đúc Nóng Cô Nội - Lê Ngọc Hân

You will drive past the Old Church of Hanoi where a stop can be made for you to take photos before continuing on to Hanoi’s Grilled Chicken Street. Smoke lingers, embers glow and the sweet smell of chargrilled chicken wafts through the air on a tiny street in downtown Hanoi. You can get chicken feet, chicken hearts, chicken legs, chicken wings, and chicken skin. Anything you can find on the plucky fowl you can get here! A new experience for sure!

Hanoi's BBQ Chicken Street - Chao Hanoi

The next stop is phố Gầm Cầu where they serve Vietnamese-style barbecue food. You can choose from various selections; vegetables, pork, beef, and shrimp, all of which are marinated and cooked right at your table. Delicious!

Continue driving to attend the “lowering of the flag Ceremony” at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. This event takes place every day from 9 pm to 9.15 pm. You will be surrounded by many locals who come to watch this ceremony.

Nghi lễ thượng và hạ cờ trên quảng trường Ba Đình - VnExpress Du lịch

The final dish will be Pho Cuon at Ngu Xa, a famous culinary street where the dish was invented. Pho Cuon “Pho Roll” is one of Hanoi’s most distinctive dishes. Stir-fried beef with salt, sliced garlic, pepper, and green herb; all wrapped and rolled in rice paper.

Last but not least, pay a short visit to the Quang Ba flower market. The aroma is magnificent and the people-watching equals the overwhelming floral display that seems endless.
